The Spanish Morion is one of the most recognisable helmet forms of the 16th century, best known for its distinctive swept brim and raised comb running from front to back. This combless variation is a less common form, but is based on genuine historical examples and represents another variation of the Morion used during the period.
 
Hand formed from 18 gauge mild steel, this helmet retains the characteristic broad, swept brim and rounded crown of the Morion while omitting the central comb. The simpler crown gives this version a somewhat cleaner silhouette while still making its 16th-century character immediately recognisable.
